MBN 2 Baking Oven — an industrial oven designed for baking:
– shortbread cookies (nut-, heart-, or cone-shaped confections filled with condensed milk, patty shells);
– butter cookies (heart-shaped);
– products from a sponge batter (figurines, Viennese waffles);
– waffle sheets, waffle cones (tubes), spherical Raffaello-like waffles.
This baking oven is currently unmatched in its performance.
What sets it apart is that it can bake not only confections from soft batter (waffle, sponge, vanilla), but also from shortbread paste.
Features of MBN 2 Baking Oven
- heating inside the baking molds (unlike heating the chamber in PEM-2U ovens), even when the molds are open, they preserve the heat;
- separately adjustable top and bottom oven heat;
- temperature preservation with fluctuations of only 3 degrees;
- steel hinges of the mold positioned outside of the heating area;
- mold locks open/close in a split second;
